ESTEPONA - FEBRUARY WINE & TAPAS RUN PDF Print E-mail

A fun group of 26 of us gathered into Tipico Andaluz' cozy back room for a fun tapas & wine night.   Tipico Andaluz were very kind to us and gave us homemade potato chips and plates of sliced fresh pork gratis to keep us busy with our wine.  Then we shared raciones of the restaurant's speciality,  "Plaza de Toros", a tasty mixture of jamons, cold meats and sausages as well as plates of gorgeous queso curado.   Brian then moved us on across the road where some of us just had another wine and some shared plates of gambas pil pil and abadejo frito...yummy!  
 

As usual, we ended our night in Madu Bar for coffees, brandys, etc.  One guest could hear some of our group singing through the quiet streets of old town Estepona on their way home and another member told me they heard lots of giggles and laughter.   These are the things we try to achieve with these nights and thanks to Brian Buckley, Pamela and our Board Members, it sure seems to be working!
