Your voice can only be heard either by your attendance or by filling in a proxy vote form.  It is important that you are a paid up 2012 member in order to vote, and if you are unable to attend and vote in person, you will need to sign the proxy vote form below and give it to a paid up 2012 voting member attending the AGM to register your vote. 

All members in attendance and those members with Signed Proxy Vote Forms must register themselves and those they are holding Proxy Forms for before the start of the AGM with the Central Board Secretary, Brian Wynne-Hughes.  Brian will be at the welcoming desk to collect your Proxies and to register all attendance.
