Message from our President:
The American Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for Wednesday,10th of February. Since the Malaga lunch would normally be on Thursday the 11th, we will substitute our normal February lunch / meeting for that of the AGM’s instead. The AGM location is at a Greek restaurant in Fuengirola and the menu will very reasonable. This will give you all a chance for a change of scenery and all the necessary details are shown below or listed on our website (www.americanclubcostadelsol.com).
DO PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND and please let me know if you plan to come as we need to have an idea of numbers.
February Luncheon & AGM 2010 – Wednesday, 10th
In order to get as many members as possible to attend this special meeting, the AGM will be held at the Dionysos Greek Restaurant in Fuengirola, which has been chosen as it is centrally located for members arriving from Estepona or Malaga. The restaurant is located on Calle Hernan Cortes, a street parallel to the beach between Hotel PYR and the Florida Spa and directly back one street behind the Carousel. There is an underground carpark near the restaurant.
The AGM starts promptly at 11.45 and the luncheon follows the AGM at 1:00 to 1:30 pm and the menu cost to American Club Members is 12 € and Guests 14 € (prices include IVA, and tip). Drinks are not included in the price.
Your voice can only be heard either by your attendance or by filling in a proxy vote form. It is important you sign a proxy vote form (copy below) and give it to a voting member attending to register your vote. An AGENDA should be forthcoming.
