December Christmas Luncheon

Our Christmas Luncheon will be held on Thursday, 10th December at Restaurante El Salmon in Torre del Mar (Avenida Andalucia - the main street parallel to beach, Nerja side).  Rosella has selected an outstanding Christmas Menu and again, will have a few Christmas tricks up her sleeve.  So, mark the calendar and make a special effort to attend.  Price is 10 euros for members.

Starters

Cold
- Toast with smoked salmon and caviar
- Stuffed pancake of fine herbs cheeses
- Stuffed tomatoes of seafood cocktail.
Hot
-  Chicken tandoori and vegetables brochettes
-  Prawn brochettes with Italians herbs.
 
Main course

Pork sirloin grilled with sautéed winter vegetables and wild mushroom sauce.
Or
Monkfish medallion marinated with sautéd winter vegetables, served with a creamy clam sauce.

      All main courses are served with French fried potatoes

Dessert   Profiterole with hot chocolate sauce

Price includes ½ bottle of wine  or  ½ liter of beer per person, water, bread and butter
